Our staff & volunteers
We have a staff of 10 volunteers committed to our mission to create opportunities for youth in underserved communities. We collaborate with organizations, schools, libraries and companies that provide educational experiences for youth leading into their careers. We are looking for others that want to join our team
Our History
We started in 2018 when as an AMT working for Delta Airlines Hugh Johnson saw where the aviation industry needed thousands of well-paying AMT jobs and youth in underserved communities now aware of these careers.
Our Mission
To create an ecosystem where youth can learn skills that will allow them to get well-paying jobs in their futures.
